The Palau de la Música Catalana concert hall, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a key hub of Catalan cultural and social life has chosen SECUTIX again as ticketing technology partner.
The contract was won by public tender and includes the licence to use the SECUTIX S-360 solution for issuing tickets and subscriptions, while streamlining the generation of packages and cross-selling, among many other functionalities that have been made available to the Palau de la Música.
Thanks to the CRM and BI modules of SECUTIX, fully built into the platform, the Palau de la Música can learn more about its audience members and target them according to their tastes and preferences, thereby facilitating a direct and closer interaction with them. This is further complemented by automated campaigns to offer the audience personalised experiences and inform them about events of interest.
Prior to 2014, the venue had a system with very difficult traceability and reliability in terms of sales data. Given the complex scenario that has been experienced in the last two years, the SECUTIX solution means that the concert hall can adapt to challenges and scenarios with many more guarantees.
